Gleeson and Hullah Win IBSF European Cup Men’s Two-Man Bobsleigh

An exciting race took place in the IBSF European Cup men’s two-man bobsleigh: Nick Gleeson and Jens Hullah of Great Britain secured victory with a total time of 2:15.24 minutes. The British duo impressed with two strong runs and claimed the top spot in an extremely close race.

Renars Grantins and Nils Meijers of Latvia finished in second place. With a total time of 2:15.32 minutes, they were just eight hundredths of a second behind the winners.

The podium was completed by Laurin Zern and Erik Leypold of Germany. Their time of 2:15.43 minutes earned them third place, rounding out an exciting podium with minimal time gaps.

From a Swiss perspective, Jan Scherrer finished seventh with a total time of 2:16.93 minutes, while Sven Luca Renggli placed eighth in 2:17.07 minutes.

In the men’s two-man bobsleigh European Cup overall standings, Maximilian Illmann of Germany secured the title with 822 points. He is followed by his compatriots Laurin Zern (802 points) and Hans Peter Hannighofer (740 points).
