High-level competition marked the IBSF Junior World Championships in the women’s two-woman bobsleigh. Charlotte Candrix and Lena Brunnhübner (GER) claimed the world championship title with a winning total time of 2:19.18 minutes.
Switzerland celebrated a strong result as Debora Annen and Julie Maria Leuenberger secured the silver medal, finishing in 2:19.57 minutes. The podium was completed by Leona Klein and Sydney Hollering (GER), who posted a total time of 2:20.13 minutes.
Another solid Swiss performance came from Selina Isler and Lia Flattich, who finished in sixth place with a combined time of 2:21.22 minutes.
U23 Classification
In the U23 classification, Diana Filipszki and Carolin Kupsch (GER) took the victory in 2:20.49 minutes. Jill Kemp and Mira Baus (GER) finished second, while Amēlija Kotāne and Justīne Bērziņa (LAT) secured third place.
