Summer offers and autumn announcement
We would like to inform you about our summer/autumn offers.
Info Point opening hours
Until Thursday, 26 September 2024, our Info Point (museum and shop) will be open for you on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday afternoons from 2.00 p.m. – 4.30 p.m.
Guided tour in the Info Point
Would you like to find out more about the history of the oldest bobsleigh track in the world and the development of bobsleighing? We are offering a free 30-minute guided tour every Thursday at 5.00 p.m. until 26 September 2024, during which we will take you on a short journey through the history of the track and the sport of bobsleigh using the exhibits on display in the Info Point. Afterwards, you will have the opportunity to visit our underground bobsleigh garage and take a close look at the various ice sports equipments.
For organizational reasons, please register by e-mail to → events@olympia-bobrun.ch by 12.00 p.m. on the day of the event at the latest.
Walk of Fame
The «Walk of Fame» leads from the Info Point at the start of the Olympia Bob Run St. Moritz – Celerina, along the bob run, through the history of bobsleigh and skeleton sport, to the finish in Celerina. The special thing about the Walk of Fame is that the information and pictures on the large-format panels use QR codes to take you even deeper into the world of bobsleigh and skeleton. Anyone standing at the legendary Sunny Corner, for example, can follow the ride of the 1948 Olympic champions Felix Endrich and Friedrich Waller on their smartphone. Personalities from the sports of bobsleigh and skeleton, who have been nominated for inclusion in the Hall of Fame for their special achievements on and off the track, are honoured in the Walk of Fame. Success in sport, but also a clear stance on fair play against sports fraud and doping, loyalty and respect towards fellow competitors and officials as well as a strong relationship with the Olympia Bob Run St. Moritz – Celerina are decisive factors for nomination and appointment.
The offer is free of charge, registration is not necessary. Good footwear is recommended.
