Semenov Wins IBSF European Cup Men’s Skeleton Race, Drovanti and Schlintner Complete the Podium

Vladislav Semenov (AIN – Neutral Individual Athlete) claimed victory in the IBSF European Cup for men with a total time of 2:17.91 minutes. The athlete impressed with two consistently strong runs and deservedly secured the top spot in the standings.

Italian Pietro Drovanti finished in second place with a total time of 2:18.63 minutes, giving Italy another podium result. Drovanti confirmed his strong form in the European Cup season, delivering a particularly solid performance in the second run.

The podium was completed by Austria’s Alexander Schlintner. With a time of 2:18.69 minutes, he was just narrowly behind Drovanti, securing third place in an extremely close race.

The best Swiss results were achieved by brothers Vinzenz and Valentino Buff: Vinzenz finished fifth with 2:19.10 minutes, while Valentino came in tenth with 2:20.37 minutes. Also competing were Livio Summermatter (26th place, 1:11.44 minutes, not qualified for the second run) and Sven Reich (30th place, 1:11.82 minutes).

European Cup Men’s Overall Standings
After the race in St. Moritz – Celerina, Felix Seibel of Germany continues to lead the European Cup overall standings with 808 points. His compatriots Stefan Röttig (608 points) and Ludwig Mannhardt (606 points) follow in second and third place.
